An order acknowledgement is not acceptance of an order. We may correct errors or cancel and refund an unavailable or incorrectly priced item. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable Ohio sales tax and shipping charges are shown during checkout.

Dropshipping, delivery, and returns

Products are fulfilled by U.S.-based third-party suppliers and may ship separately. Delivery dates are estimates and carrier or supplier delays may occur. Our Shipping and Delivery Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy are incorporated into these terms.

Payments

You authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the order total. Payment-card information is processed by third parties and is subject to their terms and privacy practices. We may use reasonable fraud-prevention measures before fulfilling an order.

The Core Time Fitness name, branding, website design, original copy, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to Core Time Fitness. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, interfere with, or misuse the site or its content except as permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, the site and content are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Core Time Fitness is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use, delivery delay, or misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update them by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
